IP Intercapital Markets AD is already a member of the Warsaw Stock Exchange |
| On 08.12.2010 IP Intercapital Markets AD signed an Agreement on access to the WSE IT Systems. Pursuant to the Contract the investment intermediary is authorized to execute transactions for the account of its clients on “WSE Main List” – the main regulated market of the Polish stock exchange and on the “NewConnect” market – an alternative trading system, also organized by the Warsaw exchange.With Resolution No. 96 / 2011 from 20.01.2011 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange determined 26th January 2011 as first date of operation since which IP Intercapital Markets AD has access to the Polish stock market. |

| According to information from ICPD on November 2, 2010 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange took a resolution No. 1127/2010 on appointing November 5, 2010 as the first date of trading for 1.187.849 ICPD shares registered in the National Depositary for Securities of the Republic of Poland under the ISIN code BG1100018057 in the alternative trading system NewConnect operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. |

Registartion of the new shares of "Intercapital Property Development" ADSIC on BSE-Sofia |
Ąt its meeting, held on 16.09.2010 / Record No 39, the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange - Sofia AD has decided the following: With reference to a Decision of the Financial Supervision Commission No 605-E/08.09.2010 concerning the registration of additional issue of shares by Intercapital Property Development ADSIC - Sofia with the Public Companies Registry as per Art. 30 (1), item 3 of the FSCA, maintained by the FSC, the Board of Directors of BSE-Sofia under the terms of Art. 32 (8) in relation to Art. 19 of the Listing Rules, Part III of BSE Rules, has admitted the following additional issue of shares to trading on the SPVs Market, as follows: - Company: Intercapital Property Development ADSIC-Sofia (4IC);
- ISIN code of the issue: BG1100018057;
- Amount of the issue before the increase: BGN 4,823,627;

The capital increase of "Intercapital Property Development" ADSIC was successful |
The deadline for subscribing and paying new shares from the capital increase of ICPD closed on 18-Agust-2010. The Company announces that a total of BGN 3.6 million have been received in the escrow account for the increase. This makes the capital increase procedure successful. First - because it will meet the formal requirements for a successful capital increase. But successful mainly because: - ICPD managed to raise a significant amount of new capital – representing about one third of the total funds raised so far by the company from shareholders. - This is the biggest share issue of a Bulgarian property company for the last years. - The company managed to attract new investors – natural persons as well as 3 institutional investors from Poland. - It proves investors – existing and new – are confident in the company business model, the value of our assets and the quality of our management team. After the new shares are duly registered the company capital will total around 6.0 million shares, which will represent a market capitalization of about BGN 20.0 million, based on current share prices. |
